Listed rates are based on up to 8 players per hour (NOT PER PLAYER).  Groups of 9 players or more require 2 simulators. Simulators can be reserved online by visiting our Simulator Booking page.  Groups of 17 players or more should contact us by phone or email for availability and pricing.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Should you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations inside 24

hours notice are subject to the cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.                                        VCC reserves the right to give away your simulator after 10 minutes and charge the no show fee.
